I am also a certified EMDR therapist.

Traditional Therapy or Talk Therapy.jpg

Traditional Therapy or Talk Therapy

I offer a safe and confidential space to talk through whatever life throws at you. Within the therapy room, I incorporate techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, attachment theory such as psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

  • anxiety and panic attacks

  • depression

  • stress

  • phobias

  • sleep problems

  • complicated grief

  • addictions

  • pain relief, phantom limb pain

  • self-esteem and performance anxiety

Eating Disorder Treatment

I specialize in treating eating disorders using a team approach, if deemed necessary. Together, we will work with a registered dietitian and local physician to make sure that you are getting the necessary care on the road to recovery.

I also work with emotional eating and body image issues and individuals with an eating disorder that might not warrant a need for a team approach but more traditional therapy.

Get In Touch

I work with a wide variety of people of all backgrounds to include individuals, families, couples and group therapy.

Now offering walking therapy sessions.

If you would like to get away from the traditional “room therapy” and connect with nature, I offer walking therapy in the beautiful Kathryn Albertson’s park.
